We are currently seeking a professional and attentive Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with all their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Provide recommendations and make arrangements for local attractions and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concierge or similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with guests
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services in Balzers
- Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
