Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Manama. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting data analysis, and providing financial advice to management. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide guidance on budgeting and cost control measures
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Keep up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the Middle East region is preferred
