We are seeking an experienced Typesetter to join our publishing team in Ufa, Russia. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and laying out text and images for printed materials such as books, newspapers, and magazines. Your attention to detail and strong understanding of typography will ensure that all materials are visually appealing and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and layout text and images using software such as Adobe InDesign
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, spacing, and alignment throughout all materials
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to create visually appealing layouts
- Proofread final layouts to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from team members or clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Strong understanding of typography principles and design techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other typesetting software
- Familiarity with printing processes and file preparation for print production
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Fluency in Russian is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this contract job is 1300$ per month.
