Entry-Level Welder


We are seeking a skilled Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Entry-Level Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding duties in a safe and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the welding profession.

Responsibilities:
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear while performing welding tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Perform various types of welding such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding on different materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments when needed
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality according to specifications
- Maintain clean work area and ensure proper storage of tools and materials
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience in welding is preferred but not required
- Must have basic knowledge of different welding techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions accurately
- Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Clairvaux. Candidates must have their own visa status.
