Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are a rapidly growing construction company in Jizan, looking for a highly experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team. As our Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate all construction activities on site
- Manage project budget and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including coordinating deliveries and subcontractor work
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets company standards
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them updated on the progress of the project
- Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule
- Experience working with diverse teams from different backgrounds
