Milling Machine Operator
Location: Split, Croatia (Preference for Croatian or European Union nationality)


We are a leading manufacturing company in Split and we are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce high quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
- Adjust machine settings and ensure proper lubrication of parts
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience operating milling machines preferred, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of programming codes (G & M codes) is a plus
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
