Blast Furnace Operator


We are in need of a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel. Your main tasks will include monitoring furnace operations, adjusting controls and valves, and ensuring proper levels of raw materials are added to the furnace. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the process.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience working with blast furnaces. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in iron or steel production. In addition, you must have a strong understanding of furnace operations and safety protocols. Proven mechanical skills are also required.
