As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and food costs to maintain budget goals
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs
- Proven track record of increasing sales and maintaining profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
