Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment used in industrial settings. This includes troubleshooting issues, conducting routine maintenance, and performing calibrations to ensure accurate readings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance on various instruments and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise
- Perform calibrations to ensure accurate readings
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and solve complex problems
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Instrument Technician or in a related field
- Diploma or technical degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
