We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Bayan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high standard of quality and hygiene. Your role will involve creating work schedules, monitoring inventory and costs, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase sales. You will also be in charge of recruiting and training new employees, as well as resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Restaurant Manager
- Proficiency in Malayalee or Egyptian cuisine preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work without prior experience
- Valid work permit with free visa and ticket for foreign nationals

As our ideal candidate, you should have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and employees from diverse backgrounds. A degree in hospitality management or relevant field is preferred but not required.
