Substitute Teacher

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for providing instruction and ensuring a positive learning environment for students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow lesson plans and teach students in various subject areas according to curriculum guidelines
- Maintain classroom management and discipline
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Communicate with regular classroom teachers to ensure continuity of instruction
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular classroom teachers
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and grades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license preferred but not required
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods
- Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice
