Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in the city of Izhevsk. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing the construction team and ensuring timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize construction projects, including developing project timelines, estimating costs, and setting project goals
- Oversee the work of construction teams, including contractors, engineers, and architects
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed throughout the construction process
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget limits
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare regular reports on project status for upper management

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Biometric passport is required for this position
