We are hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our factory to ensure efficient production processes. This is a part-time role with a salary of 1700$, suitable for men with experience in factory machine operation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure they are running correctly and efficiently
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and improve overall efficiency
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Factory Machine Operator
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various types of factory machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot flaws or defects in products
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Must be willing to work part-time hours (20 hours/week) with potential for full-time in the future
