Part-Time IT Manager

As a part-time IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology needs of our company in St. Petersburg. Your main role will be to ensure that our systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently, while also implementing new technology solutions to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems used by the company
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, providing timely solutions
- Monitor network performance and security, making necessary updates and improvements
- Develop and implement technology plans to support the growth of the company
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend relevant updates or upgrades
- Train employees on new technology systems or processes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and integrate systems where necessary
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement appropriate security measures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience in project management and implementing new technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech colleagues
