Administrative Assistant
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mecca. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit expense reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
(Native-level proficiency preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
and work independently
(Nationality preference: Pakistani)
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week)
and flexibility with schedule as needed
