Administrator for Biometric Passport Processing
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Mecca. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the processing of biometric passports for our clients, primarily Pakistani and African nationals. You must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure timely processing of biometric passports
- Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of passport applications and payments
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate any updates or changes in passport regulations to clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of biometric passport regulations is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
Salary: 1200$ per month
