Our dynamic construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our building projects in Mecca. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the construction process from start to finish. This is a contract job suitable for men with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays immediately
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for working in Mecca
