We are a retail company seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and stocked in an appealing and organized manner to drive sales and meet customer demand. Your main duties will include creating visually appealing displays, monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also possess strong communication skills and be able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

This position is open to candidates of all genders without experience. However, preference will be given to those who have previous merchandising or retail experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
