Our company is hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, suitable for men with experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores and ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and execute merchandising strategies that drive sales
- Conduct inventory checks and restock shelves as needed
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Report any issues or concerns to the management team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Must have own visa and be able to work without accommodation
