Sales Manager for Indian Nationals in El-Ain
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide training and coaching when needed
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
