We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative/Account Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in order to drive sales and achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Account Manager in a similar industry (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Result-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Proficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Izhevsk (visa sponsorship available for non-Russian nationals)
