As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as provide guidance and training to users on technology-related topics. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks, while also providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computer systems and networks
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software
- Create user accounts and manage user permissions on systems
- Train users on basic computer skills and technology-related topics
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to research, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in the industry
- Ensure all systems are properly backed up and data is secure

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing high-quality service
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of basic computer security principles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
