Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Dar Kulaib. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This includes ensuring that the machines are set up correctly, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient and safe operation.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience operating industrial machinery and a strong understanding of production processes. You must also be detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of machinery used in production
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or malfunctions immediately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and industrial machinery operation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for operating heavy machinery
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
