Temporary Restaurant Manager in Sharjah, UAE (Egyptian Nationals)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Egyptian Restaurant Manager for a temporary position in Sharjah, UAE. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and cleaning crew
- Create schedules for staff and ensure shift coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Must be fluent in Arabic (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of Egyptian cuisine is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
