Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Malayalee) - Dukhan
We are recruiting for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, utilizing your language skills to communicate with fellow employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This includes handling phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining records and databases. You will also be expected to assist with organizing and coordinating company events and projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. Fluency in Malayalam is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from internal and external stakeholders
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for managers
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with organizing company events and projects
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Fluency in Malayalam (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
