We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Moscow. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models. Your role will involve collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to create innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Identifying relevant data sources, collecting and cleaning large datasets
- Collaborating with data scientists to understand business requirements and develop solutions
- Building prototypes and conducting experiments to evaluate the performance of machine learning models
- Optimizing model performance through feature engineering, parameter tuning and other techniques
- Working closely with software engineers to deploy models into production systems
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C++
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred
- Knowledge of data science tools like Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn is a plus
- Solid understanding of statistics and probability theory
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically
