Sales Representative - Malayalee Preferred

We are a fast-growing company in the sales industry, looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for men with strong English-speaking skills and a preference for Malayalee nationality. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Develop strategies to reach sales targets and increase revenue
- Present and promote our products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections from clients
- Keep updated records of all sales activity in our CRM system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Preference for Malayalee nationality
- Knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation principles
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission on sales. We also provide training, support, and opportunities for career growth.

Location:
This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
