Contract Merchandiser - Salalah, Oman



Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing visual merchandising strategies in our retail stores. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Set up displays and maintain store layouts according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback on performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to create eye-catching displays and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Proven track record of successfully implementing visual merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Contract Details:
