Our dynamic company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital support to our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and handle visa applications for international trips
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide support for HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Biometric passport required for international travel
- Must be able to relocate to St. Petersburg, Russia with provided accommodation
