We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models for our company's products. You will work closely with a team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain machine learning algorithms and models for our company's products
- Collaborate with data scientists to improve data quality and accuracy
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing machine learning models
- Continuously research and implement new techniques and technologies in machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and familiarity with libraries such as scikit-learn or StatsModels
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
