We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex data-driven problems. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models for predictive analysis, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant data sources and prepare data for training.
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Use various programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) to implement machine learning solutions.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of different machine learning models.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning) and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with software development best practices (version control, testing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
