A well-established bakery in Ajman is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. We are specifically looking for candidates of Indian nationality with excellent English speaking skills. This is a contract position, ideal for those without previous experience as a baker.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery items according to established recipes and standards. You will also be in charge of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent time management skills, and be physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy bags of flour or mixing large batches of dough.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and quality standards
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various icing techniques
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Clean work area, equipment, and utensils after each use
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities and ingredient usage
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef is an asset but not required
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Team player with good communication skills
