We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and visually appealing desserts, pastries, and breads to meet the high standards of our restaurant. You must have a passion for baking and be knowledgeable about different flavor profiles, as well as have experience working with various techniques and ingredients. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to menu specifications
- Develop new recipes while also maintaining consistency with existing ones
- Ensure high-quality presentation of all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth operation during service hours

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including but not limited to French pastry, bread-making, chocolate work, etc.
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles and ability to create unique desserts that align with the restaurant's concept
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to manage inventory levels and maintain stock of necessary baking supplies
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1300$ per month.
