Personal Trainer



The position of Personal Trainer at our fitness center in Nizwa offers a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated fitness professional to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized training and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial fitness assessments and creating personalized workout plans for clients based on their individual goals, abilities, and preferences.
- Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and spotting clients during workouts to ensure safety.
- Motivating and supporting clients throughout their fitness journey, providing encouragement and accountability.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting workout plans as needed.
- Educating clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals.
- Maintaining a clean and organized training area at all times.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new techniques in order to provide the best possible service to clients.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, nutrition, and health principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- A passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Omani candidates.
