Indian Librarian in Mecca

We are seeking an experienced Indian Librarian to join our library team in Mecca. As a librarian, you will be responsible for managing library resources, organizing and maintaining the collection, and assisting library users with their research needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of library systems and technologies, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with students and faculty. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$, along with accommodation in Mecca. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage library resources and collections
- Organize and maintain library materials
- Assist students and faculty with research needs
- Provide information literacy instruction sessions
- Evaluate and select new materials for the collection
- Maintain records of library usage and statistics
- Collaborate with other librarians to enhance services
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Knowledge of library systems and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport
