Carpenter - Contract Position


We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Isa Town on a contract basis. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.

Requirements:
- Experience as a Carpenter is required
- Must have own visa and be able to work legally in Isa Town
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Must be able to work on urgent jobs if necessary
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings

Responsibilities:
- Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine materials needed
- Cut, shape and smooth lumber using hand tools and power equipment
- Assemble wooden frameworks or structures according to blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware using hand or power tools
- Inspect work for accuracy and quality control
