Administrative Coordinator - Lusail, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage communication with clients and employees
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and letters
- Maintain files and records
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
