As an Administrative Coordinator in our fast-paced office in Lusail, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks. Your main duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for handling and responding to correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with other administrative functions as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent time management skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a similar role is also beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for the team
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Respond to correspondence in a timely manner
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role (beneficial)
