Construction Manager (Contract) - Abu Dhabi, UAE



We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction process
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders and permits
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment and safety regulations
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
