We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Ufa. In this role, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to design and develop commercial projects that meet the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed architectural drawings, conducting site visits and inspections, and collaborating with contractors and other team members to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial architecture principles and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain valuable experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create design concepts for commercial projects
- Develop detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential project constraints
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings
- Assist in managing project timelines and budgets
- Stay current on industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial architecture principles
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 per month
