Junior Construction Manager

We are hiring a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- No previous experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding of construction processes and safety protocols
- Willingness to work on a contract basis for a competitive salary of 1400$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in planning and organizing construction projects
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate inspections by regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes
- Prepare progress reports for project manager and senior management
- Assist in managing project budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical support when needed
