Entry-Level Florist


We are hiring an Entry-Level Florist to join our team in Ufa. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and wants to start their career in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Attention to detail and ability to work with delicate materials
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary
