A reputable floral design company in Ufa, Russia is seeking a talented and passionate Florist to join our team. As the demand for floral arrangements and designs continues to grow, we are looking for a creative and skilled individual who can bring their unique vision and expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide suggestions based on seasonal availability and trends
- Source flowers from local suppliers or order them from international markets
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral designs, colors, and styles
- Prepare arrangements for delivery or pickup by carefully packaging them to ensure their safe arrival
- Collaborate with other team members to decorate event spaces with floral installations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and their care instructions
- Creativity and artistic ability to design visually appealing arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to consult with clients
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floristry is a plus
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work legally in Russia without accommodation
