We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Barista to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure that all drinks are made to the highest standards by following the correct recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using our POS system
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (Malayalam proficiency is an asset)
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
