As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts for a high-end restaurant located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Your main duties will include developing new recipes, ensuring quality control of all pastry products, and managing inventory and ordering supplies. You will also work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate pastry offerings with the main menu.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and have a passion for creating visually stunning and tasty desserts. Knowledge of different baking techniques and the ability to adapt to cultural preferences is essential.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate pastry options with the main menu
- Ensure timely delivery of pastries during busy periods
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
