Job Title: Legal Adviser - Visa Sponsorship (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

A reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to provide legal guidance and support to clients. This position is open to all job seekers, with a preference for Pakistani nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters such as contracts, agreements, disputes, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memos
- Liaise with government authorities and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
- Review and draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments
- Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary
- Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' businesses or operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role in a law firm or corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage

Salary: A competitive salary of 1200$ will be offered to the right candidate along with visa sponsorship.
