As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1200$, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience and work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and delicious menus while maintaining cost control
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes featuring authentic Indian flavors
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality control
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
