Indian Executive Chef in El-Ain
We are currently seeking an Indian Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain, a bustling city known for its diverse cuisine and culinary scene. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1200$, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience and work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create innovative and delicious menus while maintaining cost control
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes featuring authentic Indian flavors
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality control
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
