Welder - Entry Level


We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Al-Rayyan. This is an entry level position, open to Indian nationals who are fluent in Hindi or Tamil. No prior experience is required, but candidates must have a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly on the job.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join metal parts together according to blueprints and specifications. This will include operating welding equipment and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding codes
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding
- Follow welding procedures to join metal parts together
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in Hindi or Tamil
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of welding techniques and safety practices (training will be provided)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must either already reside in the area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
