Head Chef - International Cuisine (Jeddah)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Jeddah. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of talented chefs, while ensuring the highest standard of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new menus and dishes, with a focus on international cuisine, using fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Train, supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and control food costs to meet budget targets
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following food safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with restaurant management to continuously improve the dining experience for customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
- Expertise in international cuisine, preferably with experience in African or Egyptian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Salary: $1800 monthly salary plus benefits (housing allowance, medical insurance, annual flight ticket)
